Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Global Benefits, Wellbeing and Mobility to lead the global benefits strategy across health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing and mobility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in Benefits or Total Rewards.
• 5+ years leading managers and building high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in health, welfare, retirement, wellbeing, global mobility, and compliance.
• Experience shaping enterprise-wide benefits strategy and vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global benefits, wellbeing, and mobility strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead design, governance, and delivery of competitive, compliant programs with strong financial stewardship.
• Drive operational excellence and modernize service delivery and processes.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to drive continuous improvement.
• Advise senior leadership on strategy, investments, and workforce trends.
• Oversee governance, fiduciary oversight, and regulatory compliance across programs.
• Manage annual planning, open enrollment, and multi-year budgets.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to implement enterprise initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
