WTW is seeking a senior consultant to lead multinational clients' global benefits programs and design strategies aligned with the broader Employee Value Proposition. You will oversee a large global team and work with local colleagues across countries to execute the strategy.

You will guide brokerage teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure globally coordinated implementations that meet client objectives and budgets in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with global and regional employee benefits programs.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share.
• Experience managing large client relationships and leading global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering quality deliverables on time and within budget.
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of interacting with senior management.
• Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience living and/or working overseas is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design global benefits strategy for multinational clients.
• Oversee a large global team in executing the strategy.
• Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets across geographic boundaries.
• Mentor junior staff and build cross-functional relationships.
• Penetrate markets and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Provide guidance to local benefits and brokerage teams on implementation.
