Job summary

WTW is seeking a Global Benefits Consultant to support multinational organizations in navigating employee benefits globally. You will coordinate multi-country projects, work with a global team, and liaise with client headquarters and local contacts to deliver GBM services within the WTW model.

The role focuses on coordinating global engagements, using standard processes and resources, and supporting business development activities. Travel to meet client needs is required.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in global benefits consulting for multinational organizations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering high quality work on deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality, multi-country projects across global engagements.
• Act as day-to-day project manager, tracking objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with headquarters, international client contacts, and consultants across the globe.
• Identify risks, manage client expectations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Build trusted client and colleague relationships through proactive, clear communication.
