Job summary

WTW is seeking a Managing Director to lead high-profile health and benefits engagements across North America. You will shape strategy, manage large client relationships, and drive revenue growth while leveraging the firm’s resources and capabilities.

In this role you will build pipelines, travel as needed, and mentor teams, serving as a senior health and benefits strategist who helps clients design and align welfare programs with broader benefits objectives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in design/management of large group health and welfare plans.
• Track record of managing and growing large client relationships and generating revenue.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to large, complex clients in the design/management of health and benefits programs.
• Develop and execute a business strategy to penetrate local and regional market and acquire new Health and Benefits clients.
• Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
• Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and consultants on opportunities.
• Identify and develop future talent.
