Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Chicago seeks a Global Benefits Consultant to coordinate multi-country engagements within the US Health & Benefits Global Practice. You will lead projects, liaise with client headquarters and country contacts, and drive global benefit solutions across markets.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, and delivery excellence, with travel as needed and a focus on global rewards, benchmarking, and benefits programs for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR and benefits consulting to multinationals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Excellent client relationship management and collaboration.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• International experience and language skills valued but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality, multi-country projects including GBM engagements.
• Serve as day-to-day project manager aligning with objectives, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Coordinate with headquarters, international client stakeholders and WTW experts.
• Proactively manage client expectations, risks and escalation with senior staff.
• Build trusted relationships through responsive communication and delivery.
• Contribute to projects like benchmarking, pooling and global rewards initiatives.
• Support business development through RFPs, client presentations and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to create global solutions.
• Continuously expand knowledge of global benefits and workforce trends.
