Job summary

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Managing Director in the Boston area to lead large, high-visibility client engagements and develop strategies to grow the health and benefits practice. You will manage pipelines, expand relationships with current and prospective clients, and demonstrate how WTWs capabilities address client concerns.

You will serve as a senior health and benefits strategist, aligning plan design with client needs while collaborating across sales, marketing, and consultants.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience designing/managing large group health and welfare plans.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage senior client relationships.
• Executive presence with polished written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work across multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to large, complex clients in health and benefits design and management.
• Create and execute a business strategy to penetrate local and regional markets for new Health and Benefits clients; retain and grow revenue.
• Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
• Lead senior Health and Benefits strategy discussions to ensure plan design meets client needs.
• Raise awareness of WTWs capabilities through conferences and profile-building venues.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consultants to pursue opportunities.
• Identify and develop future talent.
