WTW in the United States (location flexible) seeks a senior Global Benefits Consultant to lead multinational client programs. You will design global benefits strategies, coordinate cross-regional teams, and guide local execution to align with the client’s Total Rewards.

You will drive revenue and build strong client relationships in a hybrid working model. The role requires 7+ years in global employee benefits consulting, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in global and regional employee benefits consulting for multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share.
• Track record of managing large client relationships and leading global teams.
• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time and within budget.

Responsabilités

• Design the client’s global benefits strategy and connect it to the broader Total Rewards framework.
• Oversee a large global team and ensure execution of the strategy across regions.
• Provide guidance to local benefits and brokerage teams for locally relevant implementation.
• Identify and develop strategic sales opportunities and cross-sell services.
