Jobgether is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to support administration and improvement of global employee benefits programs in a remote-first environment. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant Total Rewards operations.

You will analyze benefits and compensation data to inform decisions, support audits, and drive process improvements across regions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
