Job summary

Granicus is seeking a Senior Global Benefits Analyst to administer and optimize our global benefits programs. You will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external brokers to ensure compliant, uninterrupted Total Rewards operations across multiple countries.

In a remote-first, globally distributed team, you will analyze benefits and compensation data, support audits, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration.
• Experience working with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators.
• Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs.
• Familiarity with benefits systems, HRIS platforms, and vendor data feeds.

Responsibilities

• Administer global benefits programs and related administration activities.
• Perform benefits compliance activities, audits, and regulatory tasks across jurisdictions.
• Support configuration, testing, and enhancements of HRIS and benefits systems.
• Analyze benefits and compensation data to support planning decisions.
• Assist with annual and off-cycle compensation processes and data requests.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, brokers, and vendors on initiatives.
