Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. You will drive growth by building and expanding key strategic hardware accounts, serving as a trusted advisor through transitions such as Recovery for Re-Use and Trade-in programs.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives with internal specialists and executives, and work remotely within the United States, with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise sales or account management, managing complex global SLAs and KPIs.
• Deep IT hardware lifecycle expertise, including reverse logistics and trade-in programs.
• Ability to build long-term, consultative relationships with global enterprise customers.
• Bachelor’s or University Degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth & Revenue Leadership: develop Sell-To and Sell-Through plans with quarterly reviews to demonstrate TCO reductions and sustainability ROI.
• Integrated Lifecycle Management: lead collection, repair, reintegration across product lifecycle with lifecycle management alignment.
• Cross-Functional & Executive Influence: partner with internal teams to translate customer challenges into scalable service offerings and influence executives.
