Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring an Account Executive, Asset Lifecycle Management to lead strategic enterprise pursuits in North America. You will connect ITAD/ITAM solutions to secure hardware assets and drive sustainable revenue growth across major accounts.

You will own the pipeline, manage complex multi-region deals, and collaborate with product teams to align roadmaps with customer goals, while fostering partnerships across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in ITAD or ITAM sales.
• Strong knowledge of hardware lifecycle management.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and diagnosing complex business problems.
• Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth & pipeline ownership within dedicated accounts.
• Lead end-to-end deal management from qualification through closure.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion customer-driven innovation by aligning roadmaps with customer goals.
