Qualifications

• MBA or technical degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years of semiconductor experience.
• 5+ years of semiconductor sales experience.
• Experience selling advanced semiconductor materials to fabs/companies preferred.
• Strategic thinking and long-term account planning.
• Track record qualifying materials in High Volume Manufacturing.
• Customer-facing leadership with proven relationships built on trust.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement plans to strengthen global customer relationships; coordinate with Global Directors to drive growth.
• Define and achieve global sales budgets and align with local account managers.
• Lead and support Local Account Managers for Customer R&D sites and growth strategies.
• Develop and maintain clear partnership between GAM and LAMs; monitor performance against plan.
• Act as VOC for the customer and drive issues globally across FFEM organization.
