Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of related accounting experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Deltek Costpoint required.
• Experience with government contracting.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger account structures and ensure alignment with GAAP, FAR, CAS and EY policies.
• Review journal entries and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Perform balance sheet and income statement reconciliations and close activities.
• Process accounts payable vouchers and expense reports in accordance with policies and FAR/DFARS/CAS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance and continuous improvement.
