Zoom is seeking a Senior Accountant on the General Ledger team to own the full accounting lifecycle for Internal Use Software (IUS) and Cloud Computing Arrangements (CCA). You will collaborate with Engineering, FP&A, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate recording and reporting, while contributing to close processes, financial reporting, and balance sheet integrity in a remote-first, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, incl. 2+ years in a public company.
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and close processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accounting lifecycle for Internal Use Software (IUS) and Cloud Computing Arrangements (CCA).
• Prepare and post journal entries with supporting documentation and automate where possible.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts per US GAAP and resolve reconciling items.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses with FP&A partnership.
• Support financial reporting with PBC schedules and management-level P&L summaries.
• Ensure SOX controls and ASC 350-40 compliance; test controls.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, annual close and audits.
• Collaborate with IT to evaluate AI-driven tools and ERP improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase automation.
