Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS modernization expertise to lead a large, multi-year initiative in a complex environment. The project is in the design phase, with a third-party consultant assessing GIS environments, architecture, data readiness, and costs.

Competenze

• 5+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience, with 10+ years strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing GIS-related technology projects (ArcGIS preferred).
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise technology/software projects.
• Experience leading projects from initiation through implementation, go-live and closeout.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall SDLC and structured project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with third-party vendors, consultants, and system integrators.
• Proven ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, schedules, and resources.
• Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead a major GIS technology initiative from design to closeout.
• Assess project status, challenges, risks, resources, dependencies and priorities.
• Develop a realistic implementation roadmap and integrated project plan.
• Build and maintain detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Microsoft Project.
