Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Technology project management experience; 10+ years preferred.
• Demonstrated GIS-related technology project experience (ArcGIS preferred).
• Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise software projects.
• Experience with Waterfall SDLC and stage-gate governance.
• Hands-on leadership across vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders.
• Strong executive-level written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design to closeout.
• Develop a realistic implementation roadmap and integrated plan.
• Manage scope, schedule, risk, issues, dependencies, and resources.
• Hold third-party vendors and system integrators accountable.
• Provide regular executive-level project reporting.
• Translate GIS/technical information into clear business decisions.
