Job summary

Proven ability to drive projects from design through implementation and closeout within Waterfall SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design through go-live and closeout.
Assess status, risks, resources, dependencies, and priorities across teams.
Develop an integrated implementation roadmap and project plan.
Create detailed, resource-loaded schedules using Microsoft Project.
Coordinate GIS, IT, architecture, business, and vendor stakeholders.
Govern governance, track milestones, and report to executives.
Manage third-party vendors and system integrators for deliverables and timelines.
