Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS project experience to lead a large-scale GIS modernization and implementation initiative. The project is in design phase, with a third-party consultant assessing GIS environment, architecture, data readiness, implementation approach, timeline, and costs.

Qualifications
- 5+ years IT/technology PM experience; 10+ strongly preferred.
- GIS-related project experience required.
- Experience delivering complex enterprise technology/software projects.
- Experience leading projects from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and closeout.
- Strong executive-level communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead large GIS initiative from design to closeout with vendors.
- Assess status, risks, constraints, dependencies, and priorities.
- Develop realistic implementation roadmap and integrated plan.
- Maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules in MS Project.
- Coordinate across GIS, IT, architects, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Govern project with Waterfall SDLC and stage-gate.
- Provide executive reporting and support business-case input.
- Drive alignment and accountability across teams.
