Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS project experience to lead a complex, multi-year GIS modernization initiative. The project is in the design phase, with a third-party partner evaluating the current GIS environment, architecture, data readiness, and costs.

The PM will own the initiative, bring design to close, support business case development, and drive the project through implementation and go-live.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience, with GIS project experience preferred.
Experience managing GIS-related technology projects.
Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise technology/software projects.
Experience leading projects from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, and closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design through go-live and closeout.
Assess status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
Develop an integrated implementation roadmap and project plan.
Maintain resource-loaded schedules with milestones and critical paths.
Coordinate across GIS teams, IT groups, architects, stakeholders, vendors.
