Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT/Technology Project Management experience.
• Demonstrated GIS project experience.
• Proven ability to lead large, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience with design-to-closeout project lifecycles.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design to closeout.
• Assess status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Develop an integrated implementation roadmap and plan.
• Maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules in MS Project.
• Coordinate across GIS, IT, architects, and vendors.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, and escalations.
• Provide governance within Waterfall SDLC and stage-gate.
• Translate GIS/tech details into executive decisions.
• Report project status to leadership and sponsors.
• Support business case development and feasibility.
