Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS project experience to lead a large-scale GIS modernization initiative. The project is in design phase with a partner assessing the environment; you will own the initiative, drive a successful design close, and transition to implementation, go-live and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Technology Project Management experience, 10+ preferred
• Demonstrated GIS-related technology project delivery
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise software projects
• Experience with design-to-implementation lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale GIS technology initiative from design to closeout.
• Assess status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
• Develop an integrated implementation roadmap and plan.
• Manage detailed, resource-loaded project schedules.
• Coordinate across GIS, IT, architects, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Govern scope, schedule, risk, and escalation processes.
• Translate GIS/technical details into executive-level decisions.
• Provide transparent project reporting to leadership.
