Job summary
Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT/Technology Project Manager with GIS project experience to lead a large-scale GIS modernization and implementation initiative. The role requires hands-on leadership to drive design, business case validation, and multi-year execution, including vendor management and governance in a Waterfall SDLC.

Qualifications
- 5+ years IT/Technology PM experience, 10+ years preferred.
- Demonstrated GIS-related technology project experience.
- Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise technology projects.
- Experience leading projects from initiation to closeout.
- Experience with ArcGIS or Esri GIS environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale GIS technology initiative from design to closeout.
- Assess status, risks, dependencies, and priorities.
- Develop realistic implementation roadmap and plan.
- Maintain resource-loaded schedules in MS Project with baselines.
- Coordinate across GIS, IT, architects, stakeholders, vendors.
- Govern project governance in Waterfall SDLC and stage-gate.
