Job summary

Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, which manages all donations to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, seeks a full-time senior gift processor to join our Data Team. This role handles all phases of gift processing in Raiser's Edge and supports data integrity for thousands of gifts annually.

Responsibilities include timely entry of donor and financial data, master database upkeep, generating queries and reports, and producing accurate acknowledgments with leadership and fundraising

Qualifications

• Two to three years data entry experience.
• Proficiency in the use of data entry applications.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized and detail-oriented individual.
• References will be required.

Responsibilities

• Timely entry of donor and financial information into Raiser's Edge systems.
• Research and evaluate all documents for accuracy and completeness to ensure correct data is entered and maintain document master files for backup and verification.
• Assist with maintaining an accurate master database.
• Process donor letters weekly for a foundation that raises $28M+ annually and work with leadership and fundraising team to ensure accurate acknowledgment.
• Work on special projects for record cleanup and organization.
