Job summary

Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare Foundation seeks a Gift Processing Specialist to handle donor gifts, pledges and entries with strict confidentiality. You will process gifts, issue donor receipts and acknowledgments within 48 hours, and maintain accurate database records.

Using Raiser's Edge and related software, you will import/export data, produce reports, and assist development officers with stewardship for key donors and foundations, while ensuring IRS compliance and proper accounting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
• 3–5 years in accounting, data entry or advancement services.
• Experience with donor databases and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of IRS charitable donation rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process gifts and pledges in a timely, accurate manner.
• Administer donor acknowledgments within 48 hours of receipt.
• Import/export data from Luminate Online, GiveSmart and related software.
• Maintain donor records and generate regular/adhoc reports.
• Coordinate with development officers on stewardship for major donors and foundations.
• Support fundraising events and ensure data integrity in Raiser's Edge.
