As a Senior Customer Success Manager (High-Touch) for the German-speaking market, you will be the trusted post-sales partner for enterprise customers, owning retention and expansion while coordinating with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales to deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion for accounts with kickoffs, success plans, health checks, QBRs and renewals.
• Learn each customer’s business and build relationships across their organization to drive measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Support, Solutions Engineering, Product and Sales to turn technical success into durable revenue.
