Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years geotechnical/construction or industry experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and Proposal Preparations: identifies new opportunities, coordinates with management for support and strategy, builds client relationships.
• Risk Management and Planning: understands Keller risk policies, plans pre-project meetings, develops strategies to maximize profitability.
• Project Execution and Leadership: builds and leads project teams, ensures work meets requirements, keeps project on schedule and budget.
• Change, Financial, Safety and Quality Management: tracks changes, monitors financials and A/R, enforces safety and quality standards.
