Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and proposal preparations.
• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management for support and strategy.
• Build client relationships and pursue new markets and technologies.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Coordinate with pre-construction team as applicable.
• Lead risk management, safety and quality assurance per policy.
• Plan pre-project meetings and develop plans with the project team to maximize profitability.
• Build and lead effective project teams to meet schedule and budget.
