Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager based in Dallas, TX to lead geotechnical projects from proposal through execution. You will develop opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts while coordinating with the pre-construction and project teams to maximize profitability.

You will oversee scheduling, budgets, safety, and quality, building strong client relationships and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management for support and overall strategy.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiate contracts and understand contract requirements.
• Plan pre-project meetings with the Superintendent and project team.
• Develop plans and strategies to maximize profitability of projects.
• Build and lead project-based teams; ensure work meets requirements and stays on schedule and budget.
• Identify and address changes; monitor safety and quality compliance.
