Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an Austin, TX location. The role focuses on business development, pre-construction planning, and managing geotechnical projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on strategy and resource alignment.
Lead proposal development, including risk assessment, estimating, and client Q&A.
Oversee design coordination, submittals, and project scheduling; plan pre-project meetings.
Build and lead high-performing project teams and ensure work aligns with specifications and budgets.
Identify and manage project changes; monitor safety and quality per policy.
