Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate on strategy and resource alignment.
• Lead proposal development, including risk assessment, estimating, and client Q&A.
• Oversee design coordination, submittals, and project scheduling; plan pre-project meetings.
• Build and lead high-performing project teams and ensure work aligns with specifications and budgets.
• Identify and manage project changes; monitor safety and quality per policy.
