Job summary

Keller is the world leader in geotechnical construction and deep foundations, with a Dallas, TX location. We seek an experienced Assistant Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and financial oversight for geotechnical projects.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, assembling proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with pre-construction and field teams to maximize profitability while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in piling, shoring and grouting operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies new opportunities and coordinates with the management team for strategy.
• Assembles proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiates contracts and ensures contract requirements are understood and met.
• Coordinates with pre-construction team as applicable.
