Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager based in Dallas, TX to support geotechnical construction projects. You will work with the management team to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time and within budget, while developing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

Responsibilities include helping with proposals, risk assessment, scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance with Keller and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Experience in geotechnical, construction or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and coordinate with management to grow client base.
• Assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering and site visits.
• Negotiate contracts and understand contract requirements.
• Plan pre-project meetings and scheduling with the project team.
• Manage project execution to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Identify changes, track them, and escalate when needed.
• Oversee financials: reports, forecasts, budgets, and A/R collections.
• Maintain safety and quality per Keller/OSHA policies.
