Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is preferred.
• 7+ years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and Proposal Preparations: Identify new opportunities, coordinate strategy, and build client relationships.
• Proposal preparation: risk assessment, evaluating opportunities, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits, and client Q&A.
• Risk Management: understand Keller risk policies and reduce risks to the company.
• Initial Planning: design and submittals, material ordering, pre-job planning, scheduling; plan pre-project meetings.
• Project Execution: lead project teams, ensure work meets requirements, manage schedule and budget, maximize profitability.
• Change Management: track and address changes; escalate when necessary.
• Financial Management: monitor reports, forecasts, budgets, and metrics; manage A/R collections.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: comply with safety requirements; support employees and management; resolve quality issues; stop work when needed.
