Job summary

Keller Foundations, LLC in the MidAtlantic region is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on geotechnical projects. You will direct daily activities, supervise crews and subcontractors, review contract requirements, and coordinate with project management to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes safety, risk management, and quality assurance, including conducting safety meetings, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with Keller and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience supervising construction crews on civil and/or geotechnical projects.
• Experience with drilling techniques and ground improvement methods.
• Required trainings/certs include OSHA 30 Hour, First Aid/CPR, Qualified Rigging, Fall Protection, LOTO.
• Willing to travel frequently for extended periods.
• Demonstrated leadership, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily field activities and supervises field crews and subcontractors.
• Reviews project requirements and ensures readiness for crew deployment.
• Keeps project team informed on procurement, schedules, and PO updates.
• Leads safety meetings and enforces Keller safety policies.
• Mentors field staff and supports professional development.
