Qualifikationen

• 7+ years geotechnical, construction or industry related experience.
• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Business Development and Proposal Preparations: Identify opportunities, build client relationships, assemble proposals including risk assessment, estimation, and technical writing.
• Risk Management: Understand and apply Keller risk policies; identify major risks and mitigate them.
• Initial Planning: Design submissions, material ordering, pre-job planning and scheduling; plan pre-project meetings.
• Project Execution: Build and lead project teams; ensure work meets requirements; manage schedule and budget; address challenges to maximize profitability.
• Change Management: Identify and track changes; escalate where necessary.
• Financial Management: Approve and monitor financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and AR collections.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with Keller and OSHA safety requirements; address quality nonconformance; stop work when needed.
