• Assembles proposals including risk assessment, estimating, engineering, site visits and client Q&A.
• Negotiates contracts and ensures contract requirements are understood.
• Coordinates with pre-construction team as applicable.
• Builds and leads project teams to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Monitors project risk, profitability and change management.
• Oversees safety and quality compliance with Keller policies.
