BLE seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to lead the Regional Geotech Group, serving long-term clients and expanding capabilities. You will mentor staff, manage projects, and foster industry partnerships within the southeastern US.

The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and delivering technically sound, market-driven geotechnical solutions across solid waste, mining and power sectors.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• 10–25 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in SC or NC, with ability to become licensed in additional southeastern states within six months.
• Extensive knowledge of geotechnical design for retaining structures, deep foundations, earthwork and ground improvement; familiarity with solid waste facilities and geosynthetics.
• Travel up to 10% for site meetings, marketing, seminars and client development within the southeastern US.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical oversight, project management, client management for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Mentor and coach staff and project engineers within the geotechnical group.
• Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders in public and private sectors to drive business growth.
• Oversee internal training seminars to promote continuous learning.
• Review proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Review written reports and ensure quality for BLE clients.
• Explore and adopt new technologies to improve project efficiency and reporting.
• Provide interpretation of analytical data for diverse projects.
• Project design support for Solid Waste site expansions, containment geosynthetics, leachate tanks.
• Lead geotechnical exploration and design for site investigations and risk assessments.
