Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. (BLE) seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to lead our Regional Geotech Group.

You will oversee technical excellence, client relations, and project delivery across solid waste, mining, and power projects in the southeastern U.S. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree with geotechnical emphasis, PE licensure in SC/NC (or ability to obtain), 10–25 years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 10% for site meetings and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and project management for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Mentor staff and engineers in geotechnical topics.
• Cultivate strategic client relationships to drive business growth.
• Review proposals and contribute to technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee soils laboratory testing and quality control for projects.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with environmental, civil, and construction materials teams.
• Stay current with ASTM standards and geotechnical governance changes.
