Job summary

Bunnell Lammons Engineering (BLE) seeks a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to lead the Regional Geotech Group and advance our client engagements across the Southeast. You'll guide technical projects, mentor engineers, and expand capabilities in solid waste, mining, and power sectors.

Frontline responsibilities include client management, project oversight, business development, and collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality geotechnical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• 10–25 years of relevant professional experience.
• Licensed PE in South/Southeast states; SC or NC licensure preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for site meetings and client development.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical oversight, project management, client management, and business development for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff and project-level engineers.
• Develop strategic partnerships with clients and government entities to drive growth.
• Review proposals, participate in business development, and monitor project quality and reporting.
• Oversee geotechnical design, site investigations, and monitoring programs.
