Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a geotechnical focus; Masters preferred.
• 10-25 years of relevant professional experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in SC or NC, with ability to become licensed in additional southeastern states within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight, project management, client management, and business development for the Regional Geotech Group under the Geotechnical Department Manager.
• Mentor and coach staff and project engineers within the geotechnical group.
• Build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive growth and market position.
• Review proposals and contribute to business development activities to identify new revenue streams.
• Review reports for quality and BLE commitments and ensure client satisfaction.
