Bunnell Lammons Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to advance our regional geotech capabilities and lead long-term client relations.

You will oversee technical work, mentor staff, and contribute to business development within the solid waste, mining, and power sectors. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a balanced work-life approach, with opportunities to drive landmark geotechnical projects and grow into BLE leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus.
• Licensed PE in SC or NC, with ability to become licensed in SE states within six months.
• 10–25 years of relevant professional experience.

Aufgaben

• Perform technical oversight, project management and client management for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Mentor and coach staff and project-level engineers within geotechnical group.
• Lead partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders to drive growth.
• Contribute to internal training seminars and knowledge sharing.
• Review proposals and participate in business development activities.
• Review written reports for BLE clients and ensure quality.
• Explore new technologies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
