Bunnell-Lammons Engineering (BLE) is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineering Consultant to lead regional geotechnical projects, mentor staff, and manage client relationships. You will expand geotechnical capabilities, oversee designs, and drive business development for solid waste, mining, and power industry clients across the southeastern US.

The role requires 10–25 years of geotechnical experience, a PE license in SC or NC or the ability to obtain; travel up to 10% for site meetings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with geotechnical focus; a Master's is preferred.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Southeast with mobility to additional states.
• 10–25 years of relevant geotechnical experience.
• Experience in project management, client relations, and team leadership.

Responsabilités

• Perform technical oversight, project management, client management, and business development for the Regional Geotech Group.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to staff and project engineers.
• Build strategic partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders to drive growth.
• Lead internal training seminars and contribute to proposals and bids.
• Review reports and ensure quality for BLE clients.
• Adopt new technologies to improve project efficiency and reporting.
• Interpret analytical data across diverse geotechnical projects.
• Oversee design support for retaining structures, deep foundations, earthwork, and ground improvement.
