Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead geotechnical projects, mentor staff, and expand capabilities in our Construction Materials Testing group. You will manage investigations, supervise drilling and sampling, and deliver high-quality reports for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, client relations, and staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical focus required.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in applicable states or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations including site reconnaissance, drilling oversight, sampling, and field data collection.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, maps, and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies.
• Manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules to ensure quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction to multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
