Job summary

Fulgent Genetics, a premier genomics testing company, seeks a Senior Genomics Sales Director to lead sales strategy and performance in the assigned region. You will forecast, plan, and execute regional business plans, maintain CRM data in Salesforce, and ensure achievement of regional revenue goals.

You will act as a field advisor to the Regional VP, educate customers on Fulgent's technology, and drive market intelligence, product feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the region

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in clinical genomics diagnostics sales required.
• 5+ years of sales success with quotas.
• Experience withChildren's Hospitals/academic institutions preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Self-directed with strong work ethic and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with customers and partners to communicate new products and sales information.
• Develop regional business plans and meet revenue goals.
• Forecast, analyze data, and adjust sales tactics based on analytics.
• Serve as field advisor to the Regional VP and provide BI insights.
• Educate market on Fulgent's technologies and capabilities.
• Grow region profitability and maintain ownership of the territory.
