Job summary

Fulgent Genetics seeks a Senior Genomics Sales Director to drive regional sales strategy and achieve quotas. You will forecast performance, analyze market data, and maintain CRM data while educating customers on Fulgent’s genomic testing services.

This field-based role requires strong relationships with hospitals and academic centers and a deep understanding of the company’s offerings. You will partner with the Regional VP to develop regional business plans, forecast sales, and manage

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree; preference given to life sciences fields.
Minimum 3 years of successful clinical genomics diagnostics sales experience.
Proven track record spanning at least 5 years in meeting sales goals and negotiations.
Experience calling on Children's Hospitals and academic institutions in rare diseases is strongly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent contact with customers, prospects, and business partners for new products and sales information.
Develop and implement regional sales strategies and a Regional Business Plan.
Forecast sales, analyze data, and forecast regional performance.
Educate customers on Fulgent's capabilities and product improvements; deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
