Job summary

Fulgent Genetics is seeking a Genomics Sales Director to lead the regional sales health and performance, developing and implementing strategies based on opportunity analysis and analytics. You will forecast, create a regional business plan, and manage data in Salesforce to drive growth across the region.

You must own the territory with an entrepreneurial mindset, build strong customer relationships, and communicate insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in life sciences preferred.
• 1-2 years in clinical, diagnostics, or biotech sales.
• Sales experience in rare diseases/genomics preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent contact with customers and partners to share product updates and sales information.
• Develop regional business plans and forecast sales targets.
• Analyze data and adjust sales tactics based on analytics.
• Educate management on market intelligence and product improvements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
