Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a restaurant setting.
• Management must be able to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• This position requires 90% of the work week to actively engage in running shifts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day-to-day restaurant operations according to company standards.
• Manage and supervise front and back-of-house employees while providing hospitality.
• Mentor and train hourly staff to meet high standards.
