Job summary

The Travelers Indemnity Company in the United States seeks a senior claims professional to investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate and resolve complex General Liability Coverage B, Cyber, and E&O claims.

Under general supervision, you will manage the claim life cycle, coordinate with attorneys, experts, and stakeholders, and ensure adherence to quality standards and state regulations. Two years bodily injury liability claim handling is required; licensure may be required within three months.

Qualifications

• Two years bodily injury liability claim handling experience or comparable litigation claim experience.
• Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Thorough understanding of policy language, exclusions and ISO forms.
• Must have ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• License(s) may be required within three months and ongoing CE credits.

Responsibilities

• Directly handle General Liability, Cyber and E&O claims and provide quality service.
• Investigate claims, determine liability and damages, and communicate with insureds.
• Coordinate with counsel, experts and internal teams to manage litigation.
• Maintain claim files and ensure timely updates and compliance.
