Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly handles assigned severe claims.
• Provides quality customer service and timely coverage analysis and communication.
• Investigates claims with insureds, claimants, and other parties to determine liability and damages.
• Develops and implements litigation plans with counsel and manages litigation expenses.
• negotiates dispositions and monitors ongoing claim development.
