Responsibilities

• Directly handle severe claims with coverage up to $2 million and file exposure over $500,000.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain file quality and timely coverage analysis.
• Investigate claims with stakeholders to determine liability, damages and settlement potential.
• Develop litigation plans and coordinate with counsel for discovery and legal expenses.
• Attend depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials as needed.
• Manage reserves and seek alternative resolutions to improve payouts.
