• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of injury and/or property damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution.
• Investigate coverage, liability, damages and establish reserves.
• Provide timely communication to customers, attorneys, and vendors.
• Negotiate settlements within authority and issue payments.
• Maintain accurate claim records and adapt to new technology and tools.
